Founded in 2006, an independent and professional construction consultancy specializes in construction quantities and contract surveying, and cost management for projects to the client and designer during the whole construction process.
We provide “hands-on” approach to projects by tailoring our services for more info's click this to meet client’s requirements in respect of time, cost, performance and management of the projects.
Our clients include developers, hospital and hotel operators, commercial and corporate organisations, and private individuals.
Our business is highly based on client and designer retention and recommendation.
WS is a firm governed by Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
